Refund Policy - the basics
Advocacy meetings and other appointments, or professional development trainings will receive carefull consideration for refunds when cancelled 24 hours or greater from the time of service. An appointment for Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. PST must be cancelled by the previous Friday by 10:00a.m. PST to receive full refund consideration.
In the event of extenuating circumstances where a cancellation could not be made as described above, evidence of hardship must be provided at the time of cancellation, must be given in writing, and include a date, time and receipt or note from a licensed physician or qualifying provider. California Advacates For Education reserves the right to refund partial or full payements in such circumstances and for all cancellation requests with less than 24 hour notice.
