Confidentiality
The Specialist agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all student health and educational information, data, and any other confidential information received during the course of performing the Services. The Specialist shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client, except as required by law.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California including but not limited to California Education Code.
Intellectual Property
​All reports, assessments, and materials created by the Specialist in connection with this Agreement shall be the exclusive property of the Client. The Specialist agrees to assign all rights, title, and interest in such materials to the Client upon creation.
